Our Chef
Dennis Llusco
Dedicated, curious, a lover of its culture and its products, Dennis was born in Guaqui, on the banks of the Titicaca and moved to La Paz to study gastronomy, to later work in Bolivian flagship restaurants such as Gustu and Alipacha later migrating to Brazil where she increased her knowledge and techniques in restaurants such as Lasai and Imakay. Upon his return to Bolivia, he created La Rufina with the dream of using his knowledge and love for local products to provide a unique experience with an unrepeatable seal that represents the soul of each dish and contributes to the positioning of his country as a gastronomic reference.
