La Rufina

In 2021 we opened our doors and during these years of service the learning has been immense and constant. Today we have 2 restaurants in La Paz city where we celebrate eating and drinking well, providing a unique experience to our customers.

La Rufina is a tribute to the women who cook in the street and who with their seasoning manage to brighten up our days. We want the flavors of our Bolivia to be just a bite away. We work with 100% Bolivian ingredients, innovating from tradition and ancestral recipes.

My job is to achieve good combinations of flavors, rich cooking, applying both modern techniques and those I learned at home without taking away the essence of what people are used to eating on the go.
